What do you call a truck that hauls freight?

If you live on the East Coast you probably call it a Tractor Trailer.

But travel down south in and around Louisiana and you might call it an Eighteen-Wheeler.

Or if you live in the rest of the country they’re better known as Semis (or Semitruck).
