Fleetio publishes its prices: in 2026 the Essential plan is about $4 per vehicle per month billed annually ($5 monthly), Professional $7 and Premium $10, with a 5-vehicle minimum and no hardware to buy. That makes it far cheaper than telematics platforms, because it solves a different problem.
